I have been a Certifed General Appraiser for 26 years servicing Horry, Georgetown & Williamsburg counties. I have also been a Real Estate Broker/Real Estate Agent for over 20 years. I am a lifetime resident of this area. I have expertise in all property types. I have owned this company for 20 years. I retired from the Horry County Tax Assessor's office in 2005. I am a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a Major in Business Administration and Minor in Marketing. There is diversity in property types in these counties which affect property values directly. Being a lifetime resident, and also retired from the tax assessor's office I have the knowledge and expertise to appraise all property types.
